My recipe wasn’t the best because I didn’t include steps that would have made my recipe successful. Unlike some other people’s recipe I didn’t include the step to pick up a butter knife so you couldn't put the peanut butter and jam on the bread and many other things that failed my program. I think I included a little bit of sequential but it wasn’t detailed to a point where you could make a Pb&j sandwich perfectly. The other main part where my recipe failed was that I didn’t include doing the same thing twice and I missed the part where to scoop out the jam and peanut butter and this could have used repetition. The syntax of my recipe wasn’t the best because my word choice wasn’t the best and the sentences felt like they could have been little bit more straight forward. When looking over my recipe I didn’t debug anything so all of my errors were in the program which just made it not work out. This was a big important step I missed because this could have made my steps more helpful when trying to make the sandwich. When making the steps it was like I was making steps for a person and not a computer which was a logic mistake. I learned a lot about how the mind of a computer works and if you don’t use the right steps the program will never work out the way you want it. The other mistake I made was that I didn't include conditional at all i could have asked that do you have the bread or no and just ask more true or false or yes or no statements to make this work out more.
Sequential: Detailed instructions in a specific order one thing at a time
Repetition: repeat the steps over and over
Conditional: branching: true or false, yes or no
